U52e – The 52 foot e-power catamaran yacht.
The U52e is a lightweight aluminium-structure catamaran yacht designed to category B. Category B / Offshore includes boats operating offshore with winds to 40 knots and significant seas to 13 feet.
The ecological cat is a liveaboard yacht with large comfortable living spaces and all necessary installations including solar panel system, water- and septic tanks, generators etc. The yacht is perfect both for a short-term renting or liveaboard yachting. Imagine a harbour of these yachts with cafe/office on the pier. This is like a floating leisure home but much more, you can take it out top speed of 17 knots or slower cruising speed when the batteries last much longer, even 80 nautical miles. There are generators if extra electricity needed.
